1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all commercial transactions carried out through the website www.animalmovement.org, managed by ASSOCIACIÓ BLUE BUBBLE WORLD (hereinafter, “Blue Bubble World”), a non-profit association with Tax ID G66430190 and registered office at Plaça Josep Pallach, Bajos 12, 08035 Barcelona, Spain.

The website includes both products sold directly by Blue Bubble World and those offered by third-party suppliers or through a dropshipping model, as well as external links to partner stores offering products related to the association’s mission.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Placing an order through the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any specific conditions that may apply to certain products or services.

3. Types of Sales and Responsibility

a) Products sold directly by Blue Bubble World:
The association acts as the seller and is responsible for the sale process, invoicing, shipping, and after-sales service.

b) Products managed through dropshipping:
Blue Bubble World acts as an intermediary, facilitating the purchase between the consumer and the final supplier. In these cases, the supplier is responsible for manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and warranty, without prejudice to Blue Bubble World’s cooperation in resolving any issues.

c) Products offered by third parties or via external links:
In these cases, the user will be redirected to the third-party vendor’s website. Blue Bubble World does not participate in the purchase process and assumes no responsibility for the products or services offered by such third parties.

4. Prices, Currencies, and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in euros (€) or, where applicable, in U.S. dollars (USD) depending on the buyer’s country or region.
Transactions in USD are primarily intended for the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Prices may include or exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) or other local taxes, depending on the legislation applicable in each territory.
For international transactions outside the European Union, sales are considered exports, subject to the Union Customs Code (Regulation EU No. 952/2013) and other applicable customs and tax regulations.

Any import duties, tariffs, or local taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs will be displayed separately before confirming the order and may vary depending on the destination, weight, or supplier.

5. Purchase Process

To place an order, the user must follow the instructions on the website and provide accurate and complete information.
Once the order is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email with all order details.

Blue Bubble World is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

6. Payment Methods

The website may offer several secure payment options, such as credit or debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other authorized platforms.
In dropshipping or third-party sales, payment methods may vary according to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times depend on the type of sale and destination:

Products sold directly by Blue Bubble World: the estimated delivery time will be communicated prior to purchase.
Products managed through dropshipping: delivery times depend on the supplier and will be provided as an estimate.
Products sold by third parties: shipping is the exclusive responsibility of the external vendor.

For international deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for complying with customs regulations in their country and paying any import taxes or duties that may apply.
Blue Bubble World is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or border inspections.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

a) Products sold directly by Blue Bubble World:
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, users must contact admin@bluebubbleworld.org, providing their order number and contact details.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Blue Bubble World.

b) Products managed through dropshipping or sold by third parties:
Return conditions will be governed by the supplier’s own policies, which must be available on their website or product page.

9. Warranties

Products sold directly by Blue Bubble World are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
For dropshipping or third-party sales, warranties are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers or sellers.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and, for international transactions, by the applicable European trade and export regulations.
In the event of a dispute, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, unless another jurisdiction is mandated by applicable law.
